Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of the café, equipment, and service areas
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing cash and digital transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations during peak hours
- Engage with customers to build relationships and gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Support inventory management and restocking of coffee, pastries, and supplies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional barista experience or equivalent coffee preparation training
- Deep knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a passion for creating positive customer interactions
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Strong attention to detail in drink preparation and presentation standards
- Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, and holidays as required
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory tracking
- Food Safety Handler certification preferred (training provided if needed)
