Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, check tickets, and manage crowd control at event entrances and registration desks.
- Assist with event setup, including decorating, signage placement, and equipment arrangement.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving attendee issues with a smile.
- Ensure strict adherence to venue safety protocols and hygiene standards throughout the shift.
- Collaborate closely with event coordinators to execute specific themes and operational requirements.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or event staffing is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in various weather conditions (for outdoor events).
- Reliable transportation to and from event venues.
