Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality hot and cold beverages and food items according to standard recipes and presentation standards.
- Operate espresso machines, blenders, and other brewing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in the café and dining areas.
- Interact with customers to take orders, answer questions, and provide recommendations.
- Perform cash handling and payment processing duties accurately and with integrity.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience is preferred but not required (we provide training!).
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash transactions.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Passion for coffee and a desire to learn the craft.
