Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define the technical and strategic vision for the 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with market trends and company goals.
- R&D Oversight: Lead a cross-functional team in researching emerging technologies, specifically focusing on generative AI and neural interfaces.
- Product Roadmap: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable product features that drive user adoption and scalability.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate high-level technical strategies to executive leadership and investors with clarity and impact.
- Patent & Innovation: Spearhead initiatives to secure intellectual property and drive internal innovation culture.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field. PhD is a strong plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems architecture.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Vision: Demonstrated history of anticipating industry shifts and adapting strategies proactively.
