Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI strategy roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with business objectives and emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing AI initiatives across product, engineering, and compliance domains
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks addressing privacy, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance
- Drive innovation in generative AI, quantum computing integration, and autonomous systems
- Partner with C-suite executives to secure executive buy-in and strategic resource allocation
- Monitor global AI trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to inform strategic pivots
- Mentor senior AI talent and build a world-class AI strategy organization
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML strategy, with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record of implementing enterprise-scale AI transformations
- Deep expertise in generative AI, neural networks, and quantum computing fundamentals
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design) or equivalent
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Published thought leadership in AI strategy or emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
