Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- 10+ years of AI/ML experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in deep learning, NLP, and generative AI technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with AI ethics frameworks and responsible AI practices
- Strong project management skills with PMP or equivalent certification preferred
