Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge AI algorithms for Project 2026's core systems
- Lead research initiatives in deep learning, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into scalable production solutions
- Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at industry conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to open-source AI frameworks
- Develop and maintain high-quality datasets for model training and validation
- Stay abreast of emerging AI trends and integrate novel methodologies into research pipelines
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Expertise in at least one specialized area: computer vision, NLP, or reinforcement learning
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and distributed computing
