Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning algorithms to solve complex real-world problems.
- Lead research initiatives focused on the 2026 technological roadmap, including Large Language Models and reinforcement learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to translate theoretical models into production-ready software.
- Publish high-impact research papers in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Mentor junior researchers and Ph.D. candidates in the AI lab.
- Evaluate and integrate new AI tools, frameworks, and hardware accelerators.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in deep learning, neural networks, or natural language processing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed AI literature.
- Experience with large-scale distributed computing and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
