Responsibilities

- Author peer-reviewed publications and patents in top-tier journals
- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional engineering teams

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 3+ years research experience
- Published work in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR or equivalent tier conferences
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow with 100M+ parameter model deployment
- Proficiency in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or willingness to learn
- Strong background in reinforcement learning and multi-agent systems
- Experience with MLOps and distributed training infrastructure
- Demonstrated ability to translate research into commercial applications
