Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in research roles, preferably within top-tier tech firms or academic institutions.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Proficiency in distributed systems and high-performance computing.
- Research Track Record: Demonstrated history of publishing peer-reviewed papers and contributing to open-source AI projects.
- Language Mastery: Exceptional proficiency in English; fluency in other languages is a plus.
- Visionary Mindset: Ability to think several steps ahead regarding ethical AI, alignment, and long-term system behavior.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to solve complex, unstructured problems.
