In this pivotal role, you will work in a highly collaborative, agile environment, pushing the limits of what's possible with Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement state-of-the-art machine learning architectures specifically for the "Project 2026" initiative.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency for real-time, high-volume applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, backend engineers, and product managers.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation with novel neural network structures and reinforcement learning.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and data privacy compliance across all research projects.
- Document research findings and contribute to internal technical knowledge bases.
- Mentor junior engineers and participate in rigorous code reviews.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Extensive experience with Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Deep Learning.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
