Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI development, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams.
- Deep understanding of TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum libraries (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
