Responsibilities
- Architect Agentic Workflows: Design and implement autonomous systems that leverage LLMs to perform complex, multi-step reasoning tasks without human intervention.
- Predictive UI Development: Build dynamic, context-aware user interfaces that anticipate user intent before input is even provided.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize inference pipelines to ensure sub-millisecond latency for real-time AI interactions.
- Self-Healing Systems: Develop monitoring and feedback loops that allow applications to detect and correct errors autonomously.
- Data Governance: Establish rigorous data pipelines and privacy protocols to ensure the integrity of training data.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of full-stack development experience, with at least 2 years specifically focused on AI/ML integration.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and modern frameworks (React, Next.js). Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) is a plus.
- AI Knowledge: Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, prompt engineering, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems and deliver scalable solutions.
