Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced AI/ML models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
- Lead development of real-time inference systems for autonomous robotics and predictive analytics
- Collaborate with quantum research team on hybrid AI-quantum algorithms
- Optimize ML pipelines for edge deployment in IoT environments
- Drive ethical AI initiatives ensuring fairness, transparency, and bias mitigation
- Mentor junior engineers and publish research in top-tier AI conferences
- Architect cloud-native ML solutions using AWS/Azure/GCP quantum services
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Proven track record deploying production ML models at scale
- Deep understanding of quantum computing principles and quantum machine learning
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and distributed training frameworks
- Strong background in reinforcement learning and generative adversarial networks
- Published research in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR or equivalent venues
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and responsible AI implementation
