As a key member of our Strategic Innovation division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify and develop breakthrough applications in generative AI, quantum computing, and neurotechnology. You'll lead horizon scanning initiatives, produce forward-looking whitepapers, and architect pilot programs that position Nexus Labs as an industry leader.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with 2026+ impact
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Design and oversee pilot programs for next-gen AI applications (AGI, multimodal systems)
- Produce thought leadership content and present at global tech summits
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Establish cross-industry collaborations with research institutions and startups
- Build AI ethics frameworks for responsible innovation deployment
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML or emerging technologies with 5+ years in strategic planning
- Proven track record of leading successful tech innovation initiatives
- Deep expertise in generative AI, quantum computing, or neurotechnology
- Exceptional analytical skills for complex trend analysis and scenario planning
- Strong executive communication with ability to translate technical concepts
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in top-tier AI/tech journals (NeurIPS, Nature)
