Responsibilities
- Design and implement next-generation AI architectures for 2026+ applications
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing ethical AI governance frameworks
- Produce peer-reviewed research on human-AI symbiosis and neural augmentation
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to integrate futuristic AI solutions
- Secure $5M+ in research grants for frontier AI initiatives
- Mentor PhD candidates in emerging AI paradigms
- Present findings at Davos, TED, and IEEE Future Horizons conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Quantum Computing, or Computational Neuroscience
- 5+ years in applied AI research with 3+ publications in Nature/Science
- Expertise in transformer architectures, neuromorphic computing, and explainable AI
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and distributed ML frameworks
- Proven track record of securing federal research grants (NSF/DARPA)
- Experience with ethical AI auditing frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Portfolio demonstrating deployment of AI systems at 10M+ user scale
