Qualifications
- PhD or MS in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futurism
- 8+ years in AI research, quantum computing, or emerging tech strategy
- Proven track record in commercializing futuristic technologies
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Published author on AI ethics or transhumanism topics
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (DARPA, NSF)
