Responsibilities

- Interface with C-suite executives to align R&D with long-term corporate vision
- Mentor junior researchers while maintaining hands-on technical contribution

Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in AI, Quantum Computing, or Computational Neuroscience
- 5+ years in strategic tech leadership with demonstrable patent portfolio
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in probabilistic forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
