Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap leading up to the 2026 horizon, focusing on AI integration and predictive capabilities.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives into emerging technologies, including generative AI, neural networks, and edge computing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives and product managers to align technical strategies with business objectives and market demands.
- System Architecture: Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance software infrastructure.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, AI strategy, or product leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), natural language processing (NLP), and predictive modeling algorithms.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformations and anticipating future tech trends.
