- Develop stakeholder engagement protocols for transparent AI decision-making processes
- Lead cross-functional working groups to operationalize ethical guidelines in product development lifecycles
- Create thought leadership content positioning FutureWorks as the industry's ethics authority
- Advocate for ethical AI standards at international policy forums and industry coalitions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years in AI governance
- Proven experience implementing AI ethics frameworks in regulated industries (healthcare/finance preferred)
- Deep expertise in global AI regulations and emerging compliance requirements
- Exceptional ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable business guidelines
