Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026 product launches
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments on machine learning models
- Collaborate with data scientists to design fairness algorithms
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption
- Monitor emerging regulatory trends (e.g., EU AI Act, state-level legislation)
- Document ethical guidelines and compliance documentation
- Advise executive team on ethical implications of AI initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in AI governance or tech ethics roles
- Deep understanding of fairness, accountability, and transparency (FAT) principles
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (Aequitas, IBM AI Fairness 360)
- Strong written communication for policy development
- Familiarity with ISO/IEC 42071 standards
- Experience with cross-functional ethical review boards
