Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for next-gen AI systems
- Conduct comprehensive bias audits and fairness assessments across ML pipelines
- Develop transparent explainability protocols for autonomous decision systems
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees with engineering, legal, and product teams
- Create audit trails for AI training data and model decision pathways
- Advocate for ethical AI standards in industry forums and regulatory bodies
- Mentor junior engineers on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in AI ethics, governance, or responsible tech
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI regulations
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (IBM AIF360, Google What-If Tool)
- Experience with model interpretability frameworks (SHAP, LIME)
- Strong background in applied philosophy or moral reasoning
- Published work in AI ethics or technology ethics journals preferred
- Certification in Responsible AI (e.g., Stanford HAI, MIT CSAIL) a plus
