Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years researching AI ethics, algorithmic fairness, or responsible AI
- Published work in top-tier AI ethics conferences (e.g., FAccT, NeurIPS Ethics Track)
- Expertise in bias auditing tools (e.g., IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Strong background in value alignment and reward modeling
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
