Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, or Ethics with 5+ years AI research experience

- Expertise in quantum computing principles and their ethical implications
- Experience leading international research consortia or regulatory committees
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and ethical auditing frameworks
