Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics frameworks and governance policies for 2026 product releases
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and risk assessments for ML systems
- Partner with engineering teams to implement ethical-by-design protocols
- Stakeholder engagement with regulators, policymakers, and ethics boards
- Lead incident response for ethical violations and compliance breaches
- Produce transparency reports and impact assessments for AI deployments
- Advocate for ethical AI standards in industry forums and conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, compliance, or responsible tech governance
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Expertise in global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong background in bias mitigation and fairness metrics
- Experience with cross-functional product development cycles
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
