Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 autonomous systems
- Lead bias audits for quantum machine learning algorithms and neural interfaces
- Develop cross-functional training programs on responsible AI deployment
- Collaborate with policymakers to shape emerging AI legislation
- Conduct scenario planning for AI-human interaction paradigms
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance in production environments
- Present findings at international AI ethics symposiums
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership
- Published research on algorithmic bias or autonomous system ethics
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Experience with quantum computing ethics and neural interface safety
- Strong background in cross-functional stakeholder management
- Certification in Responsible AI Design (RAID) or equivalent
