Responsibilities

- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and autonomous systems
- Create transparency reports for AI decision-making processes
- Mentor cross-functional teams on ethical AI implementation best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field
- 3+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible tech roles
- Deep expertise in bias mitigation and fairness metrics
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong understanding of ML model lifecycle and deployment challenges
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI (e.g., IBM, Google)
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research in AI ethics or related fields preferred
