Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for enterprise-scale machine learning systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across AI deployment pipelines
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI development lifecycle
- Advocate for transparency in AI decision-making processes through explainability protocols
- Monitor emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks) and ensure organizational compliance
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align business objectives with ethical AI principles
- Author internal policies for responsible AI usage and deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in AI governance, ethics, or compliance roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for machine learning models
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (NIST, EU AI Act, etc.)
- Strong technical background with ability to audit complex AI systems
- Certification in AI Ethics or Responsible AI (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, DeepMind)
- Experience developing organizational AI ethics policies and governance structures
