Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with IEEE 7000 and EU AI Act standards
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and mitigation strategies for high-stakes AI deployments
- Develop corporate AI ethics policies and incident response protocols
- Lead stakeholder workshops to establish ethical AI adoption guidelines
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and translate compliance requirements into technical controls
- Advocate for ethical AI principles in product development lifecycle
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001)
- Proven track record in implementing bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics
- Strong background in risk management frameworks (ISO 31000, FAIR)
- Experience with AI model interpretability techniques (SHAP, LIME)
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google Responsible AI)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
