Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field
- 3+ years experience in AI governance or tech ethics
- Expertise in bias/fairness metrics for ML models
- Familiarity with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and OECD AI principles
- Strong analytical writing and policy communication skills
- Experience with AI audit tools (e.g., IBM Fairness 360, Aequitas)
