Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and AGI development
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI decision-making algorithms for bias and transparency
- Develop preemptive regulatory strategies for quantum-AI integration and biometric applications
- Create industry standards for explainable AI in high-stakes environments (healthcare, finance, defense)
- Advocate for ethical AI adoption in policy discussions with government and regulatory bodies
- Train engineering teams on responsible AI development practices and ethical deployment protocols
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges in decentralized AI networks and metaverse ecosystems
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or Law with focus on AI governance
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, compliance, or policy development
- Expertise in global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, OECD AI Principles)
- Deep understanding of machine learning, neural networks, and quantum computing fundamentals
- Proven track record in designing bias mitigation and fairness algorithms
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across tech, government, and civil society
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design, CPAI)
