Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI governance frameworks aligned with evolving regulatory landscapes
- Lead bias audits and ethical risk assessments for autonomous systems

- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI development lifecycles
- Represent the organization in industry consortiums shaping AI ethics standards

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible technology roles
- Deep expertise in bias detection methodologies and fairness metrics
- Proven experience developing AI ethics frameworks for enterprise deployments
- Strong knowledge of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Published work in AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership in the field
