Responsibilities

- Establish industry partnerships to co-create AI ethics standards
- Design transparent explainability protocols for black-box AI models
- Conduct regular bias audits and mitigation strategies
- Advocate for ethical AI adoption in regulatory discussions
- Mentor teams on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, AI, or related field with 8+ years' experience
- Proven track record in AI governance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Deep expertise in algorithmic bias mitigation and fairness metrics
- Experience testifying before regulatory bodies on AI policy
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology
- Strong background in ML system architecture
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM)
