Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI governance frameworks aligned with evolving international regulations
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Develop stakeholder engagement strategies for ethical AI deployment
- Create industry standards for responsible AI development lifecycle
- Advocate for ethical AI principles at global tech policy forums
- Mentor engineers and product managers on ethical AI implementation
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, tech policy, or ethics leadership
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global ethical frameworks
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Experience with AI bias detection and mitigation techniques
- Strong stakeholder management across technical, legal, and executive teams
