Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployed in 2026
- Lead ethics committees to assess high-impact AI applications across healthcare, transportation, and defense sectors
- Develop auditable bias mitigation protocols for next-generation machine learning models
- Collaborate with UN and OECD working groups on global AI safety standards
- Create transparency mechanisms for explainable AI in critical infrastructure systems
- Conduct preemptive risk assessments for emergent AI capabilities
- Train executive leadership on ethical AI deployment strategies
- Author white papers on AI existential risk mitigation for public policy discourse
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy of Technology, or related field with 10+ years of experience
- Proven track record in implementing AI governance frameworks at Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST RMF, and OECD AI Principles
- Published research on AI alignment problems or value learning systems
- Experience testifying before legislative bodies on AI regulation
- Advanced knowledge of adversarial machine learning vulnerabilities
- Certification in AI Risk Management from IEEE or equivalent
- Fluency in at least two major programming languages (Python, Java, etc.)
