- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 product deployments
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical teams on future technology roadmaps
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging AI risks and opportunities through 2030
- Develop predictive models for societal impacts of advanced autonomous systems
- Establish certification protocols for responsible AI deployment in regulated industries
- Author thought leadership on AI ethics for industry publications and conferences
- Mentor junior researchers in ethical technology development methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or responsible AI frameworks
- Expertise in NIST AI Risk Management Framework and EU AI Act compliance
- Proven track record leading ethics initiatives in Fortune 500 tech companies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing implications for AI governance
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi technique, scenario planning)
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM) or equivalent
