Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for generative AI and autonomous decision systems
- Conduct bias audits of machine learning algorithms using quantum-assisted analysis tools
- Develop compliance protocols for emerging regulations (EU AI Act, US Algorithmic Accountability Act)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical teams with ethical design principles
- Establish audit trails for neural network decision-making processes
- Collaborate with policymakers to shape future AI governance standards
- Monitor real-time ethical compliance through continuous monitoring systems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, or Juris Doctor with specialization in tech law
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics for ML models
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience with quantum computing ethics frameworks and explainable AI tools
- Certification in AI Governance (e.g., CAG, CAIGP) or equivalent
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical, legal, and executive teams
