Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks for 2026 technology roadmaps
- Develop global AI policy recommendations for regulatory bodies and industry coalitions
- Lead cross-functional teams in auditing AI systems for bias, transparency, and accountability
- Conduct foresight research on emerging AI risks and opportunities
- Partner with engineering teams to embed ethical principles into AI development lifecycles
- Represent the company at international AI ethics summits and policy forums
- Create educational materials for stakeholders on responsible AI practices
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Policy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, governance, or technology policy development
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proven experience with bias mitigation and fairness assessment in AI systems
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research or thought leadership on AI ethics or future technology policy
- Experience collaborating with global governance bodies and multilateral organizations
- Strong background in foresight methodology and emerging technology analysis
