Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-fidelity 2D visual assets, icons, and illustrations for web platforms using SVG, Canvas, and WebGL technologies.
- Create immersive micro-interactions and animations that enhance user engagement and drive conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure design fidelity and performance optimization across all browsers and devices.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and refine the user journey.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system, including style guides and component libraries.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on creative deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a 2D Web Designer or UI/UX Designer specializing in vector graphics.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript basics.
- Experience with animation libraries (GSAP, Anime.js) and motion design principles.
- A portfolio demonstrating advanced 2D design skills, including web-based projects.
