Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance 2D animations, transitions, and micro-interactions using modern web technologies.
- Optimize rendering performance (60fps) across various devices and browsers to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Create scalable vector graphics (SVG) and canvas-based visual assets that enhance UI/UX.
- Collaborate closely with UX researchers, product managers, and front-end developers to translate concepts into production-ready code.
- Maintain and evolve a comprehensive design system focused on motion and interaction patterns.
- Conduct A/B testing on interactive elements to validate design decisions and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D interactive design, animation, or a similar creative role.
- Expert proficiency in GSAP, D3.js, GreenSock, or similar animation libraries.
- Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern CSS frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular preferred).
- Proven portfolio demonstrating advanced 2D motion design and interactive web projects.
- Deep understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility issues.
- Experience with Figma and prototyping tools to create interactive mockups.
