Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary AI models tailored for enterprise applications.
- Optimize model inference speed and accuracy to handle millions of daily requests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and engineers.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish coding standards for AI projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Deep Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow) and model versioning.
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready AI models.
