Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential for 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to future-proof enterprise digital infrastructure
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces published in MIT Technology Review and Wired
- Prototype and validate next-gen interfaces using our immersive R&D lab facilities
- Mentor a team of 5+ researchers in emerging technology methodologies
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants from NSF and DARPA
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier journals (Nature, Science) on AI/ML advancements
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or decentralized AI systems
- Experience securing federal research grants and managing R&D budgets exceeding $5M
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercialized technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Exceptional public speaking skills with 20+ keynote presentations at global tech conferences
