Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Futurology, or related field with 5+ years strategic tech planning
- Published research on quantum machine learning or neuro-interfaces
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio of 2025+ technology impact assessments
- Deep knowledge of blockchain 3.0 and post-quantum cryptography
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to market
