Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years R&D experience
- Proven track record shipping AI/quantum products with measurable market disruption
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning, neural-symbolic AI, or advanced robotics
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.) on emerging technologies
- Experience leading global teams across multiple innovation centers
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Cirq) and quantum circuit design
