Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-era AI neural networks

- Secure patents for at least 3 breakthrough technologies annually

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science or Quantum Physics
- 10+ years in emerging tech R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or quantum computing
- Track record of commercializing patented technologies
- Expertise in neuromorphic computing and biodegradable hardware
- Fluency in 3+ programming languages including Rust and Python
- Experience with DARPA/IARPA research programs
