Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2025-2030) and translate insights into actionable product strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototypes for next-gen AI and quantum computing applications
- Define and execute R&D roadmaps for biotechnology integration with digital platforms
- Present futuristic concepts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to accelerate innovation
- Develop ethical frameworks for deploying advanced autonomous systems
- Drive market entry strategies for breakthrough technologies with 5+ year lifecycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or product development with proven track record in emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic engineering
- Experience with horizon scanning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in agile development and rapid prototyping
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex R&D initiatives with $1M+ budgets
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
