Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Create scenario-based strategic frameworks for emerging domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into product development priorities
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track innovation portfolio performance
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong executive presence with C-suite presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
