- Lead quantum/AI integration projects with $10M+ budgets
- Establish partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and academic research institutions
- Present strategic briefings to board members and federal technology councils
- Oversee patent development for 15+ emerging technology domains
- Mentor a team of 12 PhD-level researchers and engineers
- Coordinate global innovation summits with 500+ industry leaders
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field from Tier 1 institution
- 10+ years experience in emerging tech R&D at Fortune 100 companies
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum/AI advancements
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from lab to market
- Expertise in futures methodology (scenario planning, Delphi techniques)
- Security clearance preferred (or ability to obtain)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
