Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify future market opportunities and competitive threats
- Author comprehensive innovation reports with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions and validate market viability
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups to access cutting-edge research
- Develop scenario-planning models for technological disruptions and their business impact
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record predicting tech trends with documented impact on business strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data analysis skills with experience in trend forecasting methodologies
- Strong executive communication ability to translate complex concepts into business value
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
