Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing and neural interfaces
- Partner with C-suite to integrate emerging technologies into core business
- Identify and evaluate breakthrough technologies with commercial potential
- Present strategic vision to investors and industry stakeholders
- Build and lead a specialized future-tech incubation team
- Author thought leadership on technology convergence trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
- Published research or patents in future technologies
- Experience presenting to executive boards and venture capital
- Mastery of futures forecasting methodologies
